Made a call at 8am this morning after one of our warehouse guys badly damaged our main shutter door, the door would not operate at all and was half way up. Made the call and what a great response, engineers arrived on-site at around 11am and successfully repaired the door. Could not afford to have this problem going in to the weekend. Brilliant guys.

I came to my office this morning and found that my shutter was getting stuck when opening. Checked my CCTV, a delivery man had misaligned the shutter while trying to stick a delivery note underneath.
